Capira
Capira is a cocktail drink that I mixed for our Second Anniversary. It consists in a very similar style to Martini, but with a mix there.
How was the mix?
I started using the normal base of a Martini, what consists in Dry Gin and Dry Vermouth.
Spirit
The Spirit was a mix of Dry Gin with Cappelletti, what also play a role in the sweetness.
Sweetness
The Cappelletti as was mentioned, it is playing its part here and playing with the Dry Vermouth what helps and links very well with the Dry Gin, I feel they are doing their job.
Acidity and/or bitterness
As acidity a few drops of lime juice mixing with a few drops of Orange bitter, allows a fun game of flavors what smooth the flavors and you can really enjoy!
Dilution
If you want it to really enjoy it as a very smooth drink, shake it with the Blood Orange juice and a lot of ice!
Glassware
Serve them in coupes. The red of the drink in a blue glass looks very pretty.
