Pisco Sour
Pisco Sour is a traditional cocktail served and originated in Chile-Peru. The version that I will present this time is what my dad does all the time.
How was the mix?
Spirit
The Chilean Spirit is here in the Pisco who will take almost 50% of the weight in this drink
Sweetness
We say we want sugar, so normal syrup will be here.
Acidity and/or bitterness
Use bitter or also called Amargo Angostura.
Dilution
Lemon juice is here baby~ I love citric fruit juice, and everything started here. There is a variety called 'Limon de Pica' and it is a big lime, and the flavor is so middle between both of...
There is the egg white, I don't know where to locate that in the list. But you need that touch, you know, it has that thing.
Glassware
Serve them in coupes. The red of the drink in a blue glass looks very pretty.
Ingredients
2 oz. Pisco
1.5 oz. Simple syrup
1 oz. Limon de Pica juice
